Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses following established protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare and maintain laboratory reagents, media, and solutions.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Accurately record, compile, and present experimental data.
- Assist in the preparation of samples for analysis and experimentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with team members on ongoing research projects.
- Order and manage laboratory supplies and inventory.
- Participate in data analysis and interpretation under the guidance of senior scientists.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and experimental techniques.
Required Skills
- Strong foundational knowledge in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic laboratory techniques (e.g., pipetting, sterile technique, solution preparation).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all experimental procedures and data recording.
- Ability to follow complex instructions and protocols precisely.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
Preferred Qualifications
