Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior researchers and scientists in executing laboratory experiments and tests according to established protocols.
- Prepare reagents, media, and other solutions with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Accurately record and document experimental data, observations, and results in laboratory notebooks and digital systems.
- Perform basic data analysis and compile reports as directed by project leads.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines, GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), and all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Manage laboratory supplies and inventory, ensuring consumables are readily available and properly stored.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions and sharing insights where appropriate.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
- Foundational knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and aseptic techniques.
- Proficiency in basic laboratory equipment operation (e.g., pH meters, centrifuges, spectrophotometers).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to follow complex instructions and execute experiments with accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
