Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses following established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare and maintain laboratory reagents, solutions, and media with precision.
- Operate, calibrate, and perform basic troubleshooting on laboratory equipment such as pH meters, centrifuges, and spectrophotometers.
- Accurately record and document all experimental data, observations, and results in lab notebooks and digital systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and waste disposal guidelines.
- Assist senior researchers and scientists with experimental setup, data collection, and project execution.
- Conduct basic sample preparation and analysis for various research projects.
- Adhere to all quality control guidelines and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) to ensure data integrity.
- Manage inventory of laboratory supplies, chemicals, and reagents, initiating reorder requests as needed.
- Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to discussions and sharing insights.
- Learn and adapt to new laboratory techniques and procedures as research demands evolve.
Required Skills
- Strong foundational knowledge of basic laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
