Key Responsibilities
- Prepare laboratory samples, reagents, and equipment according to established protocols.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses under supervision, accurately recording observations and results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, including glassware washing and waste disposal.
- Assist senior laboratory staff with experimental setup, data collection, and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor and maintain laboratory supply inventories, placing orders as needed.
- Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with relevant health, safety, and quality standards (e.g., NATA, ISO).
- Operate and calibrate basic laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation.
- Adhere to strict aseptic techniques where required.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
