Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor duties, including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials and supplies.
- Assist skilled tradespersons (e.g., carpenters, electricians, masons) on various construction and maintenance sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision, adhering to all operational guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including clearing debris, trash, and other obstructions.
- Prepare work areas by setting up equipment, safety barriers, and necessary materials before tasks commence.
- Follow all company and site-specific safety procedures and guidelines, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with the setup and teardown of job sites and equipment at the beginning and end of shifts or projects.
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep of project sites, tools, and equipment to ensure functionality and longevity.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other personnel to ensure smooth workflow and project coordination.
Required Skills
