Key Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labour tasks as assigned by supervisors, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople and technicians on project sites.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, organize supplies, and ensure proper storage of equipment.
- Support site setup and teardown, including erecting temporary structures or cleaning up debris.
- Assist with waste management and recycling efforts on site.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Adapt to changing work requirements and priorities on short notice due to flexible scheduling.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding tasks.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) regularly.
