We are renowned for delivering landmark projects across diverse sectors, driven by innovation, quality, and a commitment to excellence. As we continue to expand our footprint and undertake new, complex developments, your expertise will be pivotal in laying the accurate groundwork for our success.
In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive surveying support to our construction projects from inception to completion. Your primary focus will be on site mapping, which involves conducting detailed topographical surveys, boundary surveys, and construction layout surveys using state-of-the-art surveying equipment such as Total Stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, and drones. You will interpret and analyze survey data to create highly accurate maps, plans, and drawings that guide our engineers, architects, and construction teams. This includes setting out control points, verifying existing site conditions, monitoring earthworks, and ensuring that all construction activities adhere strictly to design specifications and local regulations.
Beyond data collection, you will play a vital role in data processing and analysis. Utilizing advanced surveying software, you will transform raw field data into actionable insights, identify discrepancies, and prepare reports that inform critical project decisions. You will collaborate closely with project managers, civil engineers, and site supervisors, providing expert advice on surveying matters, resolving spatial challenges, and ensuring the seamless integration of survey data into the overall project workflow.
