Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize daily delivery routes for last-mile operations to ensure efficiency and timely dispatch.
- Monitor real-time delivery progress, track shipments, and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with drivers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Proactively identify and resolve delivery-related issues, delays, and customer inquiries with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and administrative tasks pertinent to logistics and dispatch operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and transportation guidelines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting ways to enhance delivery processes and customer satisfaction.
