Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and optimize daily delivery routes for last-mile operations to ensure efficiency and timely dispatch.
  • Monitor real-time delivery progress, track shipments, and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with drivers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve delivery-related issues, delays, and customer inquiries with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and administrative tasks pertinent to logistics and dispatch operations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and transportation guidelines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting ways to enhance delivery processes and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational abilities and proven time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
