Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn mowing, edging, and trimming using various equipment.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides under supervision, following safety guidelines.
- Water lawns, gardens, and plants as required, ensuring proper hydration.
- Weed flowerbeds, shrub areas, and paved surfaces to maintain tidiness.
- Collect and dispose of yard waste, including leaves, grass clippings, and debris.
- Assist with basic garden maintenance, such as planting, pruning, and mulching.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any malfunctions or repair needs.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of lawn care techniques and principles.
- Ability to safely operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing landscaping needs.
