Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and strategic Lead Copywriter to join our vibrant team, working remotely from Masvingo Province, Zimbabwe. Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and proofread high-quality, engaging, and error-free copy for a variety of channels including articles, advertisements, digital campaigns, social media, and more.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior copywriters, providing constructive feedback, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
  • Ensure brand messaging consistency and adherence to style guides across all communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing, editorial, design, and digital teams to produce integrated and effective content.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and organic traffic.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine future content strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends in copywriting, and digital marketing.
