Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of video production projects from concept development to final delivery.
- Direct and execute high-quality video shoots, including lighting, audio, and camera operation for diverse projects.
- Oversee and perform advanced video editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound design using industry-standard software.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards in collaboration with clients and the creative team.
- Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and advising on new acquisitions.
- Mentor and guide junior videographers and production assistants, fostering their growth and skill development.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines, quality standards, and project deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design) and external stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in videography and video production.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in operating professional video cameras (e.g., DSLRs, Mirrorless, Cinema Cameras).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques, sound recording, and color correction/grading.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute creative video projects independently.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality video production work.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with drone videography and photography.
- Knowledge of 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
- Experience in client-facing roles, including presenting concepts and managing feedback.
