Career.zycto is actively seeking an experienced and passionate Learning & Development Manager to join our vibrant team in Providence, Rhode Island. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs, workshops, and courses, tailored to various employee levels and departments.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of learning initiatives, from conceptualization to evaluation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of all training programs using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Research and integrate innovative learning technologies and methodologies, including e-learning platforms, blended learning, and microlearning.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads and subject matter experts to create specialized training content.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and comprehensive introduction to the company culture and expectations.
  • Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
  • Mentor and coach employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating successful training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flexible work environment.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Certifications in L&D, such as CPLP, ATD, or equivalent.
  • Experience with performance management systems and talent succession planning.
  • Familiarity with various assessment tools and techniques for measuring learning effectiveness.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic professional services environment.
