Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs, workshops, and courses, tailored to various employee levels and departments.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.
- Manage the full lifecycle of learning initiatives, from conceptualization to evaluation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all training programs using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
- Research and integrate innovative learning technologies and methodologies, including e-learning platforms, blended learning, and microlearning.
- Collaborate with departmental heads and subject matter experts to create specialized training content.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and comprehensive introduction to the company culture and expectations.
- Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
- Mentor and coach employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating successful training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flexible work environment.
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Certifications in L&D, such as CPLP, ATD, or equivalent.
