Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across client organizations.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs, workshops, and materials utilizing various instructional methods (e.g., e-learning, blended learning, in-person).
- Implement and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies to enhance program delivery and accessibility.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through data analysis, feedback collection, and performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Coach and mentor junior L&D professionals or team members as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning and development.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within Career.zycto and our client organizations.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables for all L&D initiatives, ensuring high-quality execution within flexible work arrangements.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in designing and delivering diverse learning and development programs.
- Expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness and report on key metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing flexible hours effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
