Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across all departments.
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Manage and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning technologies.
  • Coach and mentor employees at various levels, facilitating their professional growth and career paths.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay abreast of L&D best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to continuously enhance our offerings.
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR to ensure L&D initiatives support talent management and succession planning.
  • Manage the L&D budget and resources efficiently, demonstrating fiscal responsibility.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in designing, implementing, and managing successful L&D programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency with various Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage budgets, and achieve measurable results.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure program effectiveness and report on ROI.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a flexible schedule effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Certifications in L&D, coaching, or project management (e.g., CPTD, ACC, PMP).
  • Experience with blended learning approaches, microlearning, and gamification strategies.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making in L&D.
