Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development programs, including leadership training, technical skills, and professional soft skills.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and determine appropriate learning interventions across various departments.
- Manage the full learning lifecycle, from content creation and vendor selection to delivery to rigorous evaluation of program effectiveness.
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools to deliver engaging, accessible, and scalable training content.
- Collaborate proactively with department managers and HR to align L&D initiatives with overall business strategies and talent management goals.
- Establish clear metrics and reporting systems to track L&D program impact on employee performance, retention, and engagement.
- Stay abreast of L&D best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to continuously enhance and innovate our learning offerings.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (4+ years) in designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning and development programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and modern training methodologies.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, flexible work environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPTD, ATD, SHRM-CP/SCP).
- Experience with diverse learning modalities, including virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) in learning.
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote-first L&D environment with demonstrated success.
- Familiarity with talent management software beyond basic LMS functionality.
