Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and talent development needs.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps, performance deficiencies, and areas for professional growth across various departments.
- Oversee the end-to-end learning lifecycle, including content creation, instructional design, program delivery (virtual, in-person, blended), and post-training evaluation.
- Select, implement, and manage learning technologies and platforms (LMS, e-learning tools) to enhance accessibility and effectiveness of learning content.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to ensure L&D programs support business objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality learning solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning programs using relevant metrics and feedback, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and coach facilitators, fostering a strong internal capability for learning delivery.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a management or lead role.
- Proven expertise in instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and drive data-informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPTD, ATD) is a strong asset.
- Experience in a consulting firm or a rapidly evolving industry.
- Familiarity with various learning technologies and emerging L&D trends.
