Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs, workshops, and resources for employees at all levels.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for development across various departments.
- Manage the full lifecycle of learning initiatives, from conceptualization and content creation to delivery and post-training evaluation.
- Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies to enhance accessibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external vendors to ensure curriculum relevance and quality.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for L&D programs, analyzing data to measure impact and report on ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and adult learning theories to continuously innovate our L&D offerings.
- Coach and mentor internal trainers and facilitators, ensuring high-quality program delivery.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, or talent management.
- Proven experience designing and implementing blended learning solutions, including e-learning, workshops, and virtual training.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions regarding L&D effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPTD, ATD credentials).
- Experience working with diverse teams and a global workforce.
- Familiarity with performance management systems and career pathing frameworks.
