Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with learning disabilities in daily living activities, promoting independence and choice.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centred care plans under guidance.
- Shadow and learn from senior team members, understanding leadership responsibilities in a care setting.
- Assist in coordinating small team tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations.
