Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with learning disabilities in daily living activities, promoting independence and choice.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centred care plans under guidance.
  • Shadow and learn from senior team members, understanding leadership responsibilities in a care setting.
  • Assist in coordinating small team tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Facilitate community engagement and recreational activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting on individual progress and well-being.
  • Advocate for the rights and preferences of the individuals we support.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development sessions.
  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for all service users.
