As a Lead Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our support services in Lochend, Edinburgh. Under the guidance of experienced managers, you will begin to oversee a small team of support workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing for our service users. This role is a hands-on leadership development programme, where you will learn to delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide immediate guidance and support to your team on the front line.

Your day-to-day will involve assisting in the creation and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring all activities are safe, engaging, and tailored to meet the specific needs and aspirations of those we support. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive and inclusive environment, acting as a role model for best practices in communication, empathy, and professional conduct. This isn’t just about supervision; it’s about being an active part of the care team, stepping in to provide direct support when needed, and leading by example.

Career.zycto is committed to your professional growth.
