Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including user accounts, course catalogs, content management, and system configurations.
  • Upload, test, and publish e-learning courses, resources, and various learning materials within the LMS, ensuring functionality and accessibility.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to learners and instructors regarding LMS access, course navigation, and technical issues.
  • Manage user enrollments, progress tracking, and generate reports on learning activities, course completion rates, and overall LMS utilization.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to ensure seamless integration of learning content and optimize the user experience.
  • Monitor LMS performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements or new features to maximize system efficiency and user engagement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials for the LMS.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies regarding learning data and user information.
  • Stay updated on LMS best practices, emerging technologies, and e-learning trends to continuously improve our learning platform.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on all new and updated learning content within the LMS.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience administering and managing a Learning Management System (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Cornerstone, Docebo, Litmos, Workday Learning).
  • Proficiency in course publishing standards such as SCORM, xAPI, and AICC.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot LMS-related issues independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote setting.
  • High degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with graphic design tools or basic video editing software for content enhancement.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor content formatting within the LMS.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) for digital content.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting on learning metrics.
