Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with diverse learning needs, including SEN.
- Assist teachers in preparing and adapting learning materials to meet individual student requirements.
- Support students in accessing the curriculum, promoting their engagement and understanding.
- Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and track student progress effectively.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Assist with classroom management and maintain student discipline under teacher guidance.
- Promote students' independence, self-esteem, and social skills.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals regarding student progress and well-being.
- Supervise students during non-classroom activities, such as playtime or lunch breaks.
