Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized and small-group academic support to students with diverse learning needs across various subjects.
- Assist teachers in preparing and adapting learning materials, resources, and classroom activities to meet specific student requirements.
- Support students in developing independent learning strategies, organizational skills, and self-advocacy.
- Monitor student progress, record observations, and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents/guardians.
- Help manage student behavior and promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Facilitate social integration and emotional well-being by encouraging positive interactions among students.
- Administer basic assessments under teacher supervision to gauge understanding and identify areas for further support.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as required.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding student information and adhere to all school policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in an educational support role or working with children/young people.
- Strong empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting student learning and development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and English.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Understanding of diverse learning styles and basic strategies for supporting students with varying needs.

Preferred Qualifications
