Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group learning support to students with diverse needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualised learning plans (ILPs) and educational support plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents/guardians, and external specialists to ensure holistic student support.
- Monitor student progress, record observations, and contribute to regular reviews.
- Help create and adapt learning materials and resources to meet specific student requirements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student independence and self-esteem.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure student welfare.
- Support students with homework, classwork, and revision techniques.
- Assist with exam access arrangements and practical support during assessments.
