Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualised learning support plans (ILSPs) in collaboration with students, educators, and parents.
- Lead and mentor a small team of learning support assistants, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct initial assessments to identify learning barriers and strengths, recommending appropriate interventions.
- Monitor student progress rigorously, adapting support strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for students on effective study techniques, time management, and self-advocacy.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate inclusive practices within the curriculum and classroom settings.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student support services and progress.
