Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including conducting personalized tours, preparing leasing paperwork, coordinating move-ins, and assisting with marketing efforts to attract new residents. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging property tours for prospective residents, showcasing apartment features, amenities, and neighborhood highlights.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Process rental applications, perform background checks, and prepare all lease-related documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate new resident move-ins and ensure a smooth transition into their new homes.
  • Assist with resident retention programs, including lease renewals and resolving resident concerns.
  • Contribute to marketing and outreach efforts to attract potential residents, including social media engagement and local community events.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, competitor pricing, and industry trends.
  • Ensure the leasing office, model units, and common areas are well-maintained and presentable.
  • Accurately track leasing activity and provide regular reports to property management.
  • Adhere to all fair housing regulations and company policies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or property management.
  • Proven ability to close sales and achieve leasing targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio).
  • Knowledge of local East Side, Bridgeport real estate market.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is a plus.
