Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior leasing consultants with daily administrative tasks and client inquiries.
  • Conduct property showings to prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Respond promptly to rental inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information.
  • Prepare and process leasing applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain organized tenant files and update property management software with relevant information.
  • Support the marketing efforts for available properties, including preparing promotional materials.
  • Assist with lease agreement preparation and renewals, explaining terms to tenants.
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, conducting inspections as required.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with current and prospective tenants.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the leasing team and property management operations.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (Creole is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite, email).
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Mauritian driving license and access to reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality).
