Your daily responsibilities will involve the meticulous review of a wide array of legal documents. This includes, but is not limited to, vendor agreements, service contracts, client agreements, non-disclosure agreements, loan documentation, and various internal policy documents. Your sharp eye for detail will be absolutely essential in identifying potential risks, inconsistencies, ambiguous clauses, or any deviations from established legal standards, regulatory frameworks, and company policies. You will work closely with our experienced legal counsel and various business units across the bank, providing critical support throughout the entire contract lifecycle management process. This involves not just initial review, but also drafting clear and concise summaries, tracking amendments, managing version control, and maintaining an an organized, searchable repository of all legal documents.

Key Responsibilities
- Meticulously review a wide range of legal contracts, agreements, and documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Identify potential risks, discrepancies, and inconsistencies within legal documentation and escalate issues to senior legal counsel as necessary.
- Draft concise summaries, abstracts, and reports of contractual terms and conditions for various stakeholders.
- Assist in the organization, maintenance, and management of the bank's digital contract database and filing systems.
- Track contract statuses, renewals, and expiration dates to ensure timely action and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, sales, operations) to gather necessary information and facilitate contract finalization.
- Conduct basic legal research to support contract review and advise on compliance matters.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and templates.
