Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic assistance to users via live chat, addressing a wide range of inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot common user issues and guide them through solutions related to platform navigation, account management, and application processes.
  • Document all interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately within our CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive and professional communication experience.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, service offerings, and company policies to provide informed support.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve support processes and user experience.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with impeccable grammar and spelling.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems.
