Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries via live chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, service details, and general account questions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive and professional chat experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute feedback to the team.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
