Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of live concert production: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Liaise directly with artists, management, venues, and external suppliers for seamless coordination.
- Manage technical production elements, including sound, lighting, staging, and backline, in collaboration with production teams.
- Develop and manage comprehensive event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and uncompromising quality.
- Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and insurance, adhering to all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Recruit, train, and manage event staff, including stagehands, ushers, and security personnel.
- Conduct pre-event site visits and post-event debriefs to evaluate success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement robust contingency plans for potential issues, ensuring smooth event flow.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional strategies for upcoming concerts and events.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in live event management, specifically within the music industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale concerts or music festivals.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong financial acumen and extensive experience in budget development and management.
- In-depth knowledge of audio, lighting, and staging technologies, and general production workflows.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
