Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload materials and products from trucks, trailers, and containers.
- Organize and stack items in designated warehouse areas according to company procedures.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists and shipping documents.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and quality checks when required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily tasks and potential issues.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects regularly (up to 50 lbs) throughout a shift.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
