Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of loan applications from initial submission to final settlement.
- Verify and assess client financial documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise effectively with clients, lenders, brokers, and internal teams to gather necessary information and resolve queries.
- Prepare comprehensive loan submissions, ensuring all relevant forms and disclosures are completed correctly.
- Monitor application progress, proactively identify potential delays, and implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's CRM and loan management systems.
- Adhere strictly to all relevant lending legislation, internal policies, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in loan processing, financial administration, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated understanding of lending products, policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., NCCP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and financial software.
