Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Support inventory management by conducting regular stock checks, updating inventory records, and reporting discrepancies.
- Help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery and receipt of goods.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain organized physical and digital files for all logistics-related documentation.
- Assist in data entry and generate reports on logistics activities, such as shipment status and inventory levels.
- Contribute to problem-solving efforts related to delivery delays, damages, or other logistical issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant local regulations regarding transportation and storage.
- Participate in warehouse organization and general upkeep to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese (English is a plus).
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
