Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of domestic and international logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to relevant stakeholders and resolving any issues or delays proactively.
- Prepare and process all necessary documentation, including shipping manifests, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Negotiate rates with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to secure optimal service and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to optimize route planning, inventory levels, and overall supply chain efficiency.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the logistics process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, procurement, and finance, to ensure alignment of logistics operations with business objectives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management
- Strong understanding of national and international shipping procedures and regulations
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Problem-solving aptitude with a keen eye for detail

Preferred Qualifications
