Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor all aspects of domestic and international supply chain operations.
  • Ensure the timely, cost-effective, and accurate delivery of goods to clients and partners.
  • Prepare, verify, and process all necessary shipping documents, invoices, and customs declarations.
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and clients globally.
  • Track shipment progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities, shipments, and documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and manage warehouse communication.
  • Ensure strict adherence to relevant import/export regulations, company policies, and international trade laws.
  • Assist in the continuous optimisation of logistics procedures and supply chain efficiency.
  • Provide regular status updates and detailed reports to management and key stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in logistics, supply chain coordination, or a related role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
