Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all aspects of domestic and international supply chain operations.
- Ensure the timely, cost-effective, and accurate delivery of goods to clients and partners.
- Prepare, verify, and process all necessary shipping documents, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and clients globally.
- Track shipment progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities, shipments, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and manage warehouse communication.
- Ensure strict adherence to relevant import/export regulations, company policies, and international trade laws.
- Assist in the continuous optimisation of logistics procedures and supply chain efficiency.
- Provide regular status updates and detailed reports to management and key stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) in logistics, supply chain coordination, or a related role.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
