The Logistics Coordinator – Freight & Delivery Scheduling will be a pivotal member of our operations team, responsible for the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule freight movements (road, air, sea) for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Liaise with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Monitor and track shipments from origin to destination, providing real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Manage and resolve any logistical issues, delays, or discrepancies that may arise during transit.
- Optimize delivery routes and methods to enhance efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including customs paperwork, manifests, and bills of lading.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including shipment data, costs, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehousing teams to align inventory levels with delivery schedules.

Required Skills
