Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare accurate shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Track and trace shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders and resolving any issues or delays.
- Optimize logistical procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient solutions.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records, coordinating with warehouse teams.
- Negotiate rates with carriers and freight forwarders to secure cost-effective transportation solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Utilize logistics software and systems for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
