Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods through the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and invoices.
  • Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and clients to resolve any logistics-related issues.
  • Track and trace shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and inventory levels.
  • Optimize transportation routes and methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and warehousing, to meet customer demands.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the logistics operations.
  • Assist with freight claims and insurance procedures as needed.
