Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, and delivery scheduling.
- Optimize routes and load plans for outbound shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with internal departments (sales, procurement) and external stakeholders (carriers, suppliers) to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for shipments, including waybills, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Track and report key logistics metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and transportation laws.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role (minimum 3 years)
- Strong understanding of warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
