Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient material handling, storage, and dispatch processes.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes, schedules, and methods to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks, reconciling discrepancies as needed.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain.
- Prepare and process necessary shipping documentation, customs forms, and invoices.
- Track and report on key logistics metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Utilize Logistics Management Systems (LMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) effectively for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing delivery inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Logistics/Warehouse Management Systems (LMS/WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, and transportation management.
