Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including efficient receiving, secure storage, accurate picking, and timely dispatching of goods.
- Coordinate and schedule local and regional deliveries, optimizing routes and methods to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth logistics flow and resolve issues.
- Implement and rigorously monitor inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies, optimize stock levels, and prevent obsolescence.
- Utilize advanced logistics software and tools to accurately track shipments, manage delivery routes, and provide real-time status updates.
- Analyze complex logistics data to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and implement efficiency-enhancing strategies.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Proactively identify and resolve logistics-related issues, discrepancies, and customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive and accurate logistics reports, documentation, and operational records.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to junior logistics staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of proven, hands-on experience in logistics coordination, warehouse management, or supply chain roles.
- Proficiency in utilizing logistics software (e.g., Warehouse Management Systems – WMS, Transportation Management Systems – TMS, ERP systems).
- Strong foundational understanding of supply chain principles, inventory control methods, and warehousing best practices.
- Excellent organizational and meticulous time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach to challenges.
- Ability to work effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced, demanding, and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications
