Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes, considering factors such as cost, efficiency, and customer requirements.
- Liaise effectively with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
- Track and trace shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders and resolving any transit issues promptly.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and best practices, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for data entry and reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain and warehouse operations.

- Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems)
