Career.zycto is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Logistics Coordinator specializing in Warehouse & Delivery to join our operations in Manor Park, Kingston. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including warehousing, inventory management, and transportation.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements and deadlines.
- Prepare accurate shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms as needed.
- Optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution across Kingston and surrounding areas.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to facilitate smooth logistical operations.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory, manage stock levels effectively, and ensure data accuracy.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a productive, compliant, and safe working environment.
- Address and resolve any logistical issues, discrepancies, or customer complaints that may arise promptly.
- Implement and maintain strict adherence to all relevant health, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and prevent stock variances.
- Negotiate with carriers and logistics providers to secure favorable rates and service agreements, optimizing transportation costs.
- Maintain detailed records of all logistics activities, expenses, and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role, specifically in warehouse and delivery environments.
- Excellent knowledge of logistics software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, manage multiple tasks, and track various processes simultaneously.
- Outstanding organizational, planning, and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations for warehouse operations.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
