Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Utilize logistics software and systems to track inventory, orders, and shipment statuses.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
- Optimize routes and freight to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Oversee warehouse activities, ensuring proper storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Conduct inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Resolve any logistical issues that arise, such as delays, damages, or missed deliveries.
- Monitor and report on key logistics metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations and company policies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
