Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all inbound and outbound logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and delivery routes.
- Manage inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels, conducting regular audits, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, customs forms, and internal reports.
- Utilize logistics software and tracking systems to monitor shipments, identify potential delays, and provide real-time updates.
- Negotiate with transportation providers to secure favorable rates and service agreements.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with all relevant transportation and warehousing regulations.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Resolve logistics-related issues and discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new logistics processes and technologies.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems, WMS).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
