Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor all inbound and outbound logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and delivery routes.
  • Manage inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels, conducting regular audits, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, customs forms, and internal reports.
  • Utilize logistics software and tracking systems to monitor shipments, identify potential delays, and provide real-time updates.
  • Negotiate with transportation providers to secure favorable rates and service agreements.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with all relevant transportation and warehousing regulations.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Resolve logistics-related issues and discrepancies promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new logistics processes and technologies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems, WMS).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations and customs procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
