Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers and partners.
- Optimize delivery routes and schedules for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness using relevant software.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve logistical issues and improve service levels.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Utilize and manage logistics software (WMS, TMS) to track shipments, process orders, and generate reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce logistical costs.
- Prepare and analyze logistics performance reports, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
- Manage freight claims and resolve discrepancies with carriers and suppliers promptly.
