Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the inbound and outbound flow of goods, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments.
- Manage warehouse inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes, allocate resources efficiently, and schedule transportation to meet delivery deadlines.
- Oversee the loading and unloading processes, ensuring proper handling and storage of products.
- Utilize logistics software and systems to track shipments, update status, and generate comprehensive reports.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, transporters, customers, and internal departments regarding delivery schedules and issues.
- Resolve logistical problems, such as delays, damages, or missed deliveries, in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including invoices, waybills, and customs forms.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., ERP systems, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
