Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring efficient flow of goods from warehouse to final destination.
- Manage warehouse inventory, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and accurate record-keeping.
- Plan and track the movement of products according to customer requirements and delivery schedules.
- Prepare shipping documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and packing lists.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to manage and track shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in logistics and warehousing.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics and delivery, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and delivery processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role within a warehouse and delivery environment.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, ERP) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
