Key Responsibilities

- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements and company standards.
- Prepare accurate documentation for shipments, including waybills, invoices, and customs forms, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, transporters, and customers to resolve any logistical issues or delays.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to optimize routes, track deliveries, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures within the warehouse and during transit.
- Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost reduction.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sound knowledge of local and international shipping regulations and procedures (where applicable).
