Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and layout for maximum efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Prepare shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, waybills) and ensure accuracy.
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve logistics issues and delays.
- Track and trace shipments, providing real-time updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain logistics software and systems for tracking and data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Prepare reports on logistics activities, performance metrics, and inventory status.
- Oversee the proper handling and storage of goods, including hazardous materials if applicable.

Required Skills
